Spring Upon the Solstice is the first novel of a planned nine-book series that blends elements of Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim and George Orwell’s 1984 in the midst of a post-World War Three Japan.
Synopsis:
“A self-proclaimed philosopher seeks to uncover the truth behind his sister’s death, only to find himself drafted into the war that will prevent all other wars.
His only savior is a mysterious girl from the Japanese yakuza, hellbent on rescuing him from the battlefield of man and machine versus the monsters below.”
